1. Introduction

Welcome to Evalyst IAS (“Platform,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services related to UPSC answer evaluation and AI-based feedback. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the platform.
• If you are under 18, you must use the platform under parental/guardian supervision.
• By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. User Account

• Users must register with valid details (name, email, phone number).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any activity under your account will be deemed your responsibility.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

Evalyst IAS provides:

• UPSC answer evaluation (AI + human-assisted)
• Personalized feedback and performance analytics
• Test series and answer-writing tools
• Mentorship and improvement suggestions

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent documents
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
• Copy, distribute, or misuse evaluation content
• Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Uploads & Content Ownership

• Users retain ownership of their uploaded answer sheets.
• By uploading content, you grant Evalyst IAS a limited license to evaluate submissions, improve AI models, and store and process data for service delivery.

All uploaded documents are treated as confidential.

7. Payments & Pricing

• All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
• Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice.
• Evalyst IAS is not responsible for payment gateway failures or transaction delays due to external systems.

8. Refund Policy

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors from our side.
• Refund requests (if applicable) must be raised within 3 days of payment.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content (including AI tools, evaluation frameworks, design, branding) is owned by Evalyst IAS.

Users may not:

• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Commercialize

any content without prior written consent.

10. Success Stories & Testimonials

By using our services, you agree that if you qualify in UPSC or other exams, we may use your:

• Name
• Photograph
• Rank
• Testimonials

for promotional and branding purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

11. Limitation of Liability

Evalyst IAS shall not be liable for:

• Exam results or selection outcomes
• Errors or delays in evaluation
• Technical issues or downtime
• Loss of data due to unforeseen circumstances

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Data Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services. Users may also request account deletion at any time.

14. Third-Party Services

The platform may include third-party integrations (payment gateways, analytics tools). We are not responsible for their services or policies.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use implies acceptance.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
